We have a successfully running skill training project for mothers with CWDs in Mwera, Hoima Road. This training project aims at equipping mothers and caregivers with money-making skills to help them support their families and provide a sustainable better livelihood. Activities such as making liquid soap and mushroom growing have provided many families in the slums with a source of income. We organize the training and provide materials, trainers, meals for the day, transportation to and from, provide capital to start these activities after training and monitor their progress.
