We had a dialogue with the Kampala capital city authority after the initial city centre modernization plan release in 2017 and advised them to include lanes where people with disabilities (and bicycle riders) would ride from in their road plans. included in the plan. KCCA responded positively and today, Kampala city centre has lanes that can be used by PWDs although they are not as many as we would like. Efforts to have more of these are ongoing.
